Belt: I use IK, but there are other choices.
Boots: Again I use IK, but there are other choices.
Amulet: I personally use a Shadow Necklace (some people use Angelic Ammy and ring for more attack rating).
Rings: #1 Raven Frost (For Dex), #2 Random Dual Stat Ring.
Charms For 1 Hit Shield Whirlwind Barbarian:
I use +Max Damage and +Attack Rating charms. If you can find/afford them, use Warcry/Combat GC's.
