This kind of Javazon is good for PvP and PvM. You can kill anyone with 1-2 hits in PvP if they don’t wear absorbs.
Charged Strike can make huge lightning damage. At level 45, with some havocs and all synergies maxed, you make 120K pure lightning damage easily.
Note this build isn’t so great if you want to kill casters like Sorcs (because you need to get close to use Charged Strike).

Strength: Enough for gear
Dexterity: Enough for gear and max block
Vitality: Rest
Energy: Base

Charged Strike: Max and its synergies
Critical Strike/Dodges: Rest
If you want, you can leave some synergies off and put more to Dodges and Critical Strike. But remember that your damage will
suffer if you do. Lightning Fury becomes very useful if you max it. At level 45 it will make over 3K damage, if you have all the synergies (good for big crowds).
Equipment For CS Amazon:
Weapon: Titan's Revenge
Helmet: Vampire Gaze
Gloves: Dracul’s Grasp
Armor: Enigma or Chains of Honor
Shield: Stormshield
Amulet: Mara's Kaleidoscope, Highlord's Wrath or Atma's Scarab
Rings: Soj or Bul-Katho's ring, Raven Frost is a must, because it cannot be frozen.
Boots: Waterwalks (for life and dex bonus) or War Travelers
Belt: To boost your skills use Arachnid Mesh. For PvP use Verdungo's Hearty Coil or Nosferatu's Coil.
